My name is John Flynn, owner of J. Flynn Real Estate Management & Brokerage, LLC.  I have been practicing Real Estate in the greater Charlotte area, Raleigh, greater Columbia SC, and Shelby NC for the last 11 years.  My main focus and expertise has come in investor relations and property management.  Throughout my experience I believe I’ve learned what it takes to make real estate investments achieve their maximum profit ability.

I’ve worked for several different entities and handled a vast amount of portfolios.  Through my experience there has been highs and lows, success and failures, and a variety of economic conditions.  In gaining this background I’ve decided to open my own LLC, in which I am 100% responsible for my ideas and actions. However, I could never do it alone, and am assembling a growing team to always help this company give our clients the best service, information, real estate and economic forecast possible.

 

What differentiates us from the competition?  The main element is that when a client signs on with us, one person will be responsible for all facets of your account.  Meaning if you have a question about maintenance, accounting, getting your property leased, tenant concern, etc., you will only need to speak to one employee to get an answer.  Therefore, our clients will always know what is going on with their property, and will never have to wait for someone “to call them back” for updates.  In addition, we pay our client’s monies as fast as we can.  Rent is due by the 5th, as long as rent is paid on time we will be paying our clients approximately by the 8th of every month.  If the rent isn’t paid on time you will be getting an instant notification from your account manager to discuss options going forward.  I cannot express enough that my company emphasizes an “open line” of communication at all times!

 

Lastly, what sets us apart is our fee structure and how we bill our clients.  We have no hidden fee’s, NOTHING will be charged to a client that hasn’t been discussed beforehand.  One of the biggest complaints in the property management industry is the charge for maintenance.  It is believed that entities will upcharge their clients substantially higher amounts than the actual charge from the contractor.  My company provides all invoices from the contractor to the client, and ALL maintenance can be discussed with the client beforehand if requested.  Therefore, there are no surprises an no one is caught off guard.
